The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Rail Bhagalpur P.S. Case no. 84 of 2015 registered under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are not named in the F.I.R. In course of investigation, the name of the petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement of Sushil Mandal, except the confessional statement there is nothing against the petitioners.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33419 of 2016 (2) dt.24-08-2016 2/2 thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Railway Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Rail Bhagalpur P.S.
