Petitioner apprehends arrest in Complaint Case No 820 of 2014 instituted under Sections 406, 420 of Indian Penal Code pending before the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate (ACJM) I, Rohtas at Sasaram.
The allegation is that the complainant had sold some paddy to the petitioner but petitioner has not paid full amount thereof. It is submitted that the very narration in the First Information Report clearly shows that there used to be regular money dealing between the parties and it is a case of civil dispute.

No.31373 of 2016 (3) dt.06-10-2016 2/2 Be that as it may, in the event of his arrest or surrender within five weeks from today, the petitioner abovenamed shall be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM I, Rohtas at Sasaram in Complaint Case No 820 of 2014 subject to all conditions as laid down in Section 438
(2) of Criminal Procedure Code.
