Counsel for the petitioner submits that the present Cr. Writ application has been filed for quashing of F.I.R. bearing Muffasil P.S. Case No. 258 of 2021 dated 25.09.2021 under Sections 420/34 of the I.P.C.

After some arguments, counsel for the State submits that counter-affidavit has been filed and final form has been submitted.

Since final form has been submitted, therefore, counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw this Cr. Writ application.

With the aforesaid liberty, the present Cr. Writ Application is dismissed as withdrawn.
