Public Prosecutor for the State.

Petitioners are said to have assaulted the informant with lathi as a result of which informant sustained several injuries but submission on behalf of the petitioners is that all the injuries found on the person of the informant were simple in nature and the petitioners are in jail custody since 6.4.2015.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in Allouli P.S. Case no. 82/2015.
