JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 11-08-2016 The present writ petition has been filed for shifting the location of proposed LPG Distributorship from Jhajha to another appropriate area under the district of Jamui by modification of the advertisement dated 18.05.2012.

2. Despite repeated calls, none appears on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Learned counsel for the respondent Corporation submits that similar issue has been decided by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 17533 of 2012 with the following observations:- "In the circumstances, only because petitioner is
