The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Khirimore P.S. Case No. 28 of 2015 registered under Sections 304B/120B/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused person namely, Kapil Paswan has already been allowed bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 58631 of 2015.

Taking the same into consideration, the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21077 of 2017 (3) dt.18-07-2017 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.- cum-S.J-III, Danapur, Patna in connection with Khirimore P.S. Case No. 28 of 2015, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
