The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in Alouli P.S. Case No. 41 of 2017 for the offences punishable under sections 406, 420 and 467/34 of the Indian Penal Code. From the FIR , it appears that the allegations against the petitioners are refusal to register the land for which the petitioners have received the consideration money. Today, a supplementary affidavit has been filed wherein a petition has been enclosed as Annexure2. From the Annexure-2, it appears that informant has no grievance as the accused persons have registered the land in favour of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20090 of 2017 (2) dt.01-06-2017 2/2 informant.

In view of statement made in Anneure-2, let the petitioners, named above, be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria, in connection with Alouli P.S.
