The petitioner seeks bail in Vaishali P.S. Case No. 16 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, looted motorcycle of the informant was recovered from the house of this petitioner. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that no incriminating article has been recovered from possession of petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 21.01.2021. Learned APP however, vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that looted motorcycle has been recovered from house of this petitioner.
