2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 103 , 238 and 61 ( 2 ) of BNS.

3 . Petitioner is husband of the deceased. As per F.I.R. informant got information that this petitioner solemnized love marriage with the deceased Rupali Kumari on 15.05.2025 and on 19.03.2025 , this petitioner along with other co-accused persons committed murder of the deceased by hanging her and burnt her body .

4. Petitioner is husband of the deceased and the present case has been registered at the instance of a joint application filed by the villagers of this petitioner and on perusal

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59652 of 2025(4) dt.21-11-2025 2/2 of para 13 of the case diary, at the instance of this petitioner burnt bangles, bones and charcoal were recovered by the police from the place where the dead body of deceased Rupali Kumari is said to have been burnt.

5 . Considering the fact that petitioner is husband of the deceased, materials available on record, nature of accusation and other circumstances of the case , the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner is rejected.
