2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with POCSO Case No. 17 of 2023 arising out of Hilsa P.S. Case No. 241 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 365 and 367/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of kidnapping the victim girl.

4. The victim girl has given her statement under Section 164 Cr. P.C. which falsifies the prosecution case. The petitioner is in jail since 05.08.2022.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned VIIth Additional District & Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, (POCSO) Biharsharif, Nalanda in connection with POCSO Case No. 17 of 2023 arising out of Hilsa P.S. Case No. 241 of 2022.
