Issue raised in the present writ application is pending consideration before the LPA Court in LPA No. 1880 of 2015. In view of the above the writ application is disposed of with observation that the petitioner of the present writ application shall be governed by the final outcome of the LPA No. 1880 of 2015 and the respondents shall be under obligation to give similar treatment to this petitioner in terms of the final decision in LPA No. 1880 of 2015.

With the aforesaid the writ application stands disposed of.
