2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 103 and 61(2) of the BNS and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. According to the prosecution, the informant alleges that his son, Vikash Kumar, was involved in an affair with this petitioner. It is further alleged that, due to this relationship, the petitioner's father and brother, in collusion with unknown individuals, caused the death of Vikash Kumar.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that informant is not an eye witness to the occurrence. Suspicion has been raised against this petitioner only on account of alleged

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58312 of 2025(3) dt.20-11-2025 2/2 illicit relationship with this petitioner. Petitioner is a lady. She claims clean antecedent and is in custody since 20.06.2025.

5. Learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposes the bail application.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ara, Bhojpur in connection with Udwantnagar P. S. Case No. 215 of 2025.
