Interlocutory Application 2876/2016 has been filed to condone the delay of 127 days in filing review petition. From the grounds whatever enumerated in the aforesaid I.A., I do not see any cogent ground whereupon, the delay which has occurred, be condoned. That being so, Interlocutory Application 2876/2016 is rejected.

Consequent thereupon, the instant review petition is found completely clouded by limitation and is, accordingly, rejected.
