Case No. 176 of 2016 registered for offences under sections 272, 273, 290 of the Indian Penal Code and section 47 (a) (c) of the Bihar Excise Act. . Allegation against the petitioner is that she was arrested with 04 litres country made liquor which was seized from green container in presence of the witnesses. The counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is lady, is in custody since 27.06.2016.
