JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 25-05-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 356 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per allegation in the F.I.R, informant was returning from Raipur, on the way three miscreants assaulted him and snatched his money, Adhar card, Pan card etc. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely implicated in this case. The name of petitioner came into light on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Rohit Kumar @ Chhotka . No stolen articles has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioners.
