It appears that vide order dated 26. 09. 2014 interim anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioners. The petitioners will remain on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) within a period of four weeks with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur, in Complaint Case No. 187 of 2013 (Trial No. 1208 of 2013) subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of

One of the bailors will be the close relative of the petitioners.

The petitioners will not indulge in similar or in any other offence.

4. In case of absence for two consecutive dates or in violation of the terms of the bail, their bail bond will be liable to be cancelled by the court concerned.
