2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Section 135 of the Electricity Act registered in connection with Tekari P.S. Case No. 438 of 2015.

3. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that apart from 21 meters of PVC wire, no other articles have been seized. The seizure list has been sent to the police station belatedly. Learned counsel for the petitioner relies on the order passed by this Court at Annexure-2.

4. Learned counsel for the South Bihar Power Distribution Company appears and has been heard.

5. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of the petitioner's arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from the date of communication of this order, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge (Electricity), Magadh Area, Gaya in connection with Tekari P.S. Case No. 438 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C. and also subject to further condition that the petitioner shall deposit 50% of the amount of loss "Rs. 52,144/-" said to have been caused.
