The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail in Begusarai (Town) P.S. Case No.457 of 2010 registered under sections 324, 307, 509 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code. The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this court vide order dated 26.9.2014 passed in Cr.Misc. No.34605 of 2014.
Regard being had to the reasons assigned in the aforesaid order dated 26.9.2014, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. It has been contended that though the petitioner is in custody since 28.5.2014, but the matter is still pending before the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25764 of 2015 (2) dt.01-07-2015 2/2 learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai. In that view of the matter, the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai is directed to immediately commit the case of the petitioner to the court of sessions for trial.
