This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Bhore P.S. Case No.136 of 2023, registered for offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504/34 of the IPC.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks not to press the present petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61507 of 2023(2) dt.11-10-2023 2/2 petitioners to surrender before the learned trial Court, within a period of four weeks from today and avail the privilege of regular bail, nonetheless, seeks a direction upon the learned trial Court to consider and dispose off the petition, to be filed by petitioners, for grant of regular bail on the very same day. It is directed, accordingly.

The present petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
