2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in the present case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have stabbed the victim a number of times.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 15.12.2023.

5. Learned counsel for the informant; Mr. Kumar Vikram as well as the learned APP for the State have vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai/concerned Court below in connection with Medni Chouki P.S. Case No. 168 of 2023 subject to the conditions that:- (i). The petitioner will mark his attendance at the Medni Chouki Police Station on every Sunday of each month.

Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.

(ii). The petitioner shall appear in the trial regularly either personally or through his lawyer and shall cooperate in the trial.

(iii). The petitioner will not threaten the witness(s), any default in the same would result in cancellation of the bail bond of the petitioner.
