In view of the stand taken by the State-respondents in paragraph nos.7 & 8 of the counter affidavit, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Circle Officer, Vaishali at Hazipur (respondent no.4) that whenever he will receive instruction from the superior authority, the land in question should be distributed in accordance with law.

3. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
