For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Durgesh Nandan For the Opp. Party/s : Mr. Tuhin Shankar ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 3.
07-03-2017 Sri Durgesh Nandan, learned counsel for the petitioner, at the very outset, submits that the matrimonial case was sought for transfer mainly on the ground that the learned Principal Judge was prejudiced. However, Sri Tuhin Shankar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of opposite party/husband informs that the concerned Judge, against whom the petitioner has made allegation, has already been superannuated in the year 2015 itself.
Considering the fact that the ground for transfer has already come to an end, there is no reason to pass further order. The petition stands disposed of.
