2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 309(6) and 103(1) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. F.I.R. is against unknown. Name of the petitioner transpired during course of investigation and it has come on the basis of CDR that on the alleged date and time of occurrence, petitioner was present at the place of occurrence and he was in touch with other co-accused persons on mobile phone. Only on the basis of confession and alleged tower location, petitioner has been dragged in this case Looted motorcycle has not been recovered from possession of petitioner and he is in custody since 08.04.2025. Chargesheet has been submitted.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for informant opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Purnea / concerned Court in connection with K.Hat P.S.
