JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL ORDER 20-11-2019 The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Section 354-B, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8/10 of the POCSO Act in connection with Special (POCSO) Case No. 12 of 2018 arising out of Tarabari P.S. Case No. 25 of 2018.

3. At the very outset, learned APP invites reference to paragraph 148 of the case diary to submit that the process under Sections 82 and 83 Cr. P.C. has been concluded as the petitioner has been declared absconder.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner appears and has been heard.
