ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 07-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and the State. The Petitioners seek quashing of the order dated 24.4.2015 by which the A.D.J. IVth, Buxar, has refused an application under Section 227/228 Cr. P.C. in Sessions Trial No. 403 of 2014 arising out of Simari P.S. Case No. 11 of 1988. Considering that even charge under the Provisions of Arms Act is framed, no prejudice would be caused to the Petitioners, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter.
The application stands dismissed.
The Trial Court is directed to conclude the Trial expeditiously without granting unnecessary adjournment to any Party for which reason, is directed to send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for production of the witnesses along with a copy of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30267 of 2015 dt.07-07-2015 2/2 this order in connection with Simari P.S. Case No. 11 of 1988, to the Superintendent of Police, Buxar, and the Superintendent of Police, Buxar, is directed to ensure production of the witnesses on the date so fixed by the Trial Court so that there is no further delay in trial.
