The petitioners, who are in custody, seeks bail in connection with Kuil Rail P.S. Case No. 51 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1)(a)/26(2)/35 of Arms Act.

Allegation against the petitioners are recovery of 20 pieces half manufactured pistol, one mobile, two notes of Rs. 100 and one journey ticket has been recovered from the possession of the bag of petitioner no.2 and 20 pieces of half manufactured pistol, one skin touch mobile, one note of Rs. 100/- and a journey ticket has been recovered from the bag of petitioner no. 1.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.66993 of 2018(3) dt.14-12-2018 2/2 Considering the allegations against the petitioners, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail.
