2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with G.B. Nagar (Gautam Buddha Nagar) P.S. Case No. 367 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section 309(6) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, while the son of the informant namely Chandan Prasad was coming home from his jewellary shop, two unknown criminals riding on a motorcycle fired upon him snatched Rs. 3 Lakh and ornaments worth Rs. 5 Lakh. They took the gold chain and the ring of the victim.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 12.08.2024. The name of the petitioner has come in the self-inculpatory statement of the co-accused. The petitioner is accused in three more cases of similar and serious nature.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and the gravity of the offence i.e., the victim was killed by the criminals while committing loot, this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application for regular bail stands rejected.
