The sole petitioner apprehends his arrest in Daudpur P.S. Case No.49 of 2016 registered for the offence under Section 47(A) of the Excise Act and Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code.

It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that on accusation of false recovery of country-made liquor, the petitioner has been made accused, whereas fact remains that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case.
