JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH) 05-08-2025 Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the instant appeal be disposed of in terms of the judgment dated 20.03.2024 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in L.P.A. No. 748 of 2022, titled as Bibi Sakina Khatoon and Ors. vs. The Union of India and Ors. and analogous cases.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents-State does not make any objection to the prayer made by the learned counsel for the appellant.

3. The learned counsel for the appellant also submits that the facts and issues involved in this Letters Patent Appeal to be identical to L.P.A. No. 748 of 2022 and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents does not dispute it. As such, the instant appeal stands disposed of and the directions contained therein shall also govern the instant case.
