The petitioners, namely, Upendra Rai @ Upendar Ray and Sanjay Rai @ Sanjay Ray, apprehend their arrest in a case under Section 302 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant stated that he married his daughter Shobha Kumari with Yogendra Rai in the year 1999. His son-inlaw Yogendra Rai died in the year 2004, but after the death of Yogendra Rai, Muneshwar Rai (father-in-law of the daughter of the informant), Upendra Rai (cousin father-in-law) and other accused persons started torturing her daughter. The informant came to know that her daughter was poisoned to death by the petitioners and other accused persons. The petitioners are cousin

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29040 of 2015 (2) dt.24-07-2015 2/2 father-in-law of the deceased and the maternal-uncle of the husband of the deceased. No specific allegation is made against the petitioners.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran in Awatar Nagar P.S. Case No. 84/2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
