By way of the present application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the petitioner seeks quashing of the first information report of Ramnagar P.S. Case no. 23/2014 registered under Sections 419 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegations made in the FIR do attract ingredients of a cognizable offence.
