Patna High Court CWJC No.9407 of 2015 (2) dt.01-04-2016 2/2 Muzaffarpur, has not been operational for some technical defects.
By filing their written counter affidavits, the respondents have brought on record that the said CD-4 machine has, now, become operational.
In view of the above, we close this writ petition, with a direction to the respondents to ensure that the said machine is kept operational and all such necessary steps, as may be warranted, shall be taken to maintain the said CD-4 machine.
