Learned counsel for the State has filed a show cause stating that as per the extant Rules, the petitioner is not entitled to the appointment on compassionate ground as both the parents of the petitioner are in Government service and, as such, the case of the petitioner has been rejected.

Accordingly, no case for contempt is made out. The application stands dismissed.
