The petitioner seeks bail in Ben P.S. Case No. 11/2018, instituted for offences under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 27 of Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that F.I.R. is against unknown.

It is alleged in the written report that on the date of occurrence father of informant was sleeping in Dalan. Other members of house had gone to Rajrappa for Mundan. In the next morning, when the father of informant did not take out the cattle, the informant went to see him where he found his father dead due to firearm injury.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.66261 of 2018(4) dt.06-12-2018 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that name of this petitioner has come during investigation merely on suspicion in the statement of wife and son of deceased. Petitioner is in custody since 15.07.2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. VIth, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Ben P.S. Case No. 11/2018, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
