2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 342, 447, 379, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the informant submits that the petitioners have suppressed the criminal antecedent.

4. Without going into the merit of the case, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail on the ground of suppression of fact. Accordingly, their prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected in connection with Kachhawan P.S. Case No. 57 of 2024.
