====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 10-11-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8/12 of the Protection of Children From Sexual Offences Act.

It is alleged that the daughter of the informant has been abducted by all the F.I.R named accused persons including the petitioners.

No.68325 of 2021(5) dt.10-11-2022 2/3 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case since they are relatives of co-accused Niranjan Manjhi, to whom it is alleged that he has abducted the daughter of the informant. It is also submitted in para 11 of the petition that the co-accused Niranjan Manjhi and the daughter of informant were in love and they voluntarily fled away with their own sweet will. During investigation this fact came in light that the victim and co-accused Niranjan Manjhi has been traced out and they are presently in Udupi, Karnataka. In P.S. Case No. 52 of 2021 of Sankar Narayan Police Station, co-accused Niranjan Manjhi is in custody there.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount
