Petitioner seeks bail in NDPS Case No.01 of 2018 arising out of Udwant Nagar (Gajrajganj) P.S. Case No.47 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 20, 21, 22 of the NDPS Act.

As per written report, total 986 Kg. Ganja kept in different poly bags were recovered from the house of Sanjay Singh. House of Krishna Singh was also raided and total 30 Kg. Ganja was recovered from his house. Seizure list was prepared accordingly.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is named in the First Information Report. He is brother-in-law of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.67066 of 2018(3) dt.22-11-2018 2/2 Sanjay Singh and he was present in the house of Sanjay Singh on the date of occurrence.

Seizure list is part of the First Information Report from which it appears that recovery has been made from the house of Sanjay Singh.

Petitioner is in custody since 17.02.2018.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sessions Judge, Bhojpur, Ara, in connection with NDPS Case No.01 of 2018 arising out of Udwant Nagar (Gajrajganj) P.S. Case No.47 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
