The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Mahnar P.S. Case No. 09/2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner also of demand of dowry and torture for the same as well as of commission of dowry death of the daughter of the informant.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners are that the petitioners are younger brother and mother of the husband of the deceased. Husband is already in custody. The allegation is general and omnibus.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20885 of 2017 (3) dt.04-07-2017 2/2 Let, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned concerned Court below/Successor Court in connection with Mahnar P.S Case No. 09/2017 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. With further condition that petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the Court-below shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of the bail-bonds of the petitioner in this case.
