ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 09-02-2016 It appears that the application was earlier dismissed in default, which was restored and once again today none appears on behalf of the Petitioner.

The Petitioner seeks quashing of the judgment dated 8.6.2012, by which the Adhoc Additional District Judge Vth, Kaimur at Bhabua in Criminal Revision No.47/20 of 2012 has refused to quash the orders dated 10.2.2012 and 11.4.2012, which was the order of cognizance and framing of charge, passed by the S.D.J.M, Bhabua in G.R. No.2142 of 2011 (Trial No.2237 of 2012). Considering that this is a second revision in the garb of an application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. and no patent illegality could be pointed out, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter.

The Court below is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same positively within a period of six months from the date of receipt of this order without granting unnecessary adjournments to any party, for which reason he shall send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for each witnesses for their examination along with a copy of this order to the S.P., Kaimur at Bhabua, who is directed to ensure the attendance of the witnesses on the date fixed by the Trial Court so that there is no further delay in the trial.
