Petitioner seeks bail in Kotwali P.S. Case No. 452 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 417, 418, 419, 420, 466, 467, 468, 474 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is not named in the written report. Learned Addl. P.P. has submitted that it has come in para 44 of case diary that petitioner has stated before the police that she had given Rs. 3 lacs to Mukesh Kumar and Deepak Kumar for getting appointment at the post of teacher. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the other named accused person with similar allegation has already been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.69645 of 2018(3) dt.05-12-2018 2/2 in Cr. Misc. No. 60893/2018 dated 08.10.2018. Petitioner is in custody since 22.07.2018.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna, in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 452 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
