The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Jehanabad P.S. Case No.1007 of 2018 registered under Sections 406, 420 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that the petitioner took money for selling a piece of land but petitioner neither executed the sale deed nor returned the money.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has specifically stated in para 8 of the bail petition that he has already executed the sale deed in favour of the informant.

Taking into consideration the fact that petitioner has already executed the sale deed in favour of the informant, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55723 of 2019(2) dt.05-09-2019 2/2 before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No.1007 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
