The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Chanpatia (Sirisiya O.P.) P.S. Case No.117 of 2021 registered under Sections 30(a), 30(b) and 30(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. The alleged recovery has been made from the side of big canal near Lala Tola.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a

No.68371 of 2021(2) dt.29-04-2022 2/2 copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Chanpatia (Sirisiya O.P.) P.S. Case No.117 of 2021 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438

(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
