JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-01-2015 The petitioner being husband of the victim is languishing in custody since 11.06.2013 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201 of the I.P.C.

It is alleged that the sister of the victim was strangulated by this petitioner.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that victim was offended due to the habit of the petitioner of consuming liquor and gambling, as a result of which she committed suicide.

Considering the fact that after investigation, charge-sheet has been submitted against the petitioner under Section 302 of the I.P.C, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at present.

Let learned Additional Sessions Judge-IV,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23924 of 2014 (3) dt.05-01-2015 2/2 Aurangabad conclude Sessions Trial No. 55 of 2014/06 of 2014 arising out of Muffasil P.S. Case No. 116 of 2013 within a period of one year. If the trial is not concluded within a period of one year, then petitioner will be at liberty to renew the prayer for bail.

Accordingly the application is dismissed.
