JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 09-01-2019 The learned 13th Additional District & Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur has submitted his report, received by this Court on 17.12.2018 wherein it has been stated that the charges have been framed in the case on 29.05.2018 whereafter nine prosecution witnesses have already been examined and about six months' time would be taken for concluding the case.

In view of the report submitted by the learned 13th Additional District & Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur, trial is directed to be expedited.

At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner be granted liberty to renew his prayer for bail before this Court after nine months. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of as

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.68960 of 2018(6) dt.09-01-2019 2/2 withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after nine months.
