ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 13-09-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody since 03.01.2019 in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 1028/2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a/26 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged recovery of a single cartridge which has led to his arrest and he is languishing in jail for over 8 months. It is further submitted that in all cases, he has already been extended the privilege of bail. He further prays that in the present case, the petitioner may also be granted the privilege of bail.
