JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT (Per: HONOURABLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE) Date: 07-12-2016 The grievance of the petitioner is that the National Security Act, 2013 is not being implemented as benefit of public distribution system has been stopped to 305 families since 2014. Some of similar issue was raised in CWJC No.8705 of 2015 (Bishnu Dev Singh Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors. ) in respect of Khusurupur block within the Patna District which has been taken up for final hearing today.

In the counter affidavit in the said case, it was asserted

Patna High Court CWJC No.9022 of 2015 dt.07-12-2016 2/2 that process is being taken by holding camps. In view of the said fact, we dispose of the present petition with direction to the respondents to complete the survey as asserted in CWJC No.8705 of 2015 (Bishnu Dev Singh Vs.
