Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that earlier petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by order dated 18.02.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 30372 of 2019, whereby petitioner was directed to surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of order, but the petitioner could not surrender within time due to Corona pandemic and lockdown.

In view of the aforesaid fact, six weeks further time from the date of receipt of this order is allowed to the petitioner
