The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 2935C of 2014 registered under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that on perusal of Mediation Proceeding No. 718 of 2017, it appears that both the parties have settled their disputes on payment of one time settlement amount and also ready to withdraw their cases pending in the Court below against each other.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

No.20690 of 2017 (6) dt.04-12-2017 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Araria in connection with Complaint Case No. 2935C of 2014, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.
