I) For that the concerned respondents may be directed to remove the respondent No. 10 from the post of Mukhiya Gram Panchayat Raj Tulsigarh, Chandi, Bihar Sharif Nalanda for their illegality and irregularity committed by him.

III) For that the concerned respondents may be directed to vacate the land of Gair Majarua Aam land Vide MauzaMubarakpur, Thana No. 289 Khata No. 111 Khesra No. 917 Area 0.61 decimal since the said land has been encroached by respondent No. 10 and others by way of filling up the soil to the pond and ditch."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
