2. By order dated 14.02.205 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 78581 of 2024, the petitioner was granted bail with condition that after verification, if the petitioner is found involved in any case other than the present one his bail bond shall not be accepted.

3. After verification, the petitioner was found involved in two other cases and that is why, his bail bond could not be accepted.

4. Again, the petitioner filed Cr. Misc. No. 19435 of 2025 with a prayer to modify the order dated 14.02.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 78581 of 2024 and the same was dismissed.

5. Thirdly, the present application has been filed for grant of bail.

6. It is apparent that in the first bail petition i.e. Cr. Misc. No. 78581 of 2024, the petitioner has dishonestly concealed his criminal antecedents.

7. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, presently, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, which is hereby rejected.

8. However, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after three months before the court below itself. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) Nirmal/- U T
